Bouwplast PVC click system


Bouwplast panels are increasingly being used for the construction of walls. This system has now been discovered by industry as well as by the agricultural sector. They are super smooth, watertight and resistant to most of the cleaners and disinfectants in common use, so are ideal for construction walls that will not cause any problems. Bouwplast panels are now used trouble-free for building walls for use in agricultural buildings but car wash installations are also increasingly being fitted out with this system. There are simply too many possible applications to name them all!

Proven quality

The panels and profile pieces are manufactured from impact-resistant hard PVC. This material has a high chemical resistance and can stand up to most acids and disinfectants. This makes the super smooth Bouwplast panels excellently suited for many wall applications. As well as in the standard colour of natural grey, Bouwplast panels are also produced in bright white.

Special U-profile pieces are available for quick trouble-free assembly. Naturally, the U-35 profile pieces are also available in the panel colours of grey and white.

 

Unique watertight click connection

Bouwplast-plus panels have a unique watertight click connection. This is because the top of the panel is fitted with a double-sided, rubber sealing strip so that an almost seamless joint is formed. This means that dirt, sand and any other contamination has little chance of becoming stuck on and due to the smoothness of the material, water also runs off very rapidly. The panels do not have to be grouted or sealed. Simply click them together - that's al there is to it!
