Bouwplast System

The panels and profiles are manufactured from impact-resistant hard PVC. The material has high chemical resistance and can withstand most acids and disinfectants. This makes the super smooth Bouwplast panels exceptionally suitable for use in the modern piggery.
 

The Bouwplast range consists of a large number of panels and profiles in different thicknesses with a slide and click system. The panels are used horizontally for the construction of divisions between pens and vertically as complete dividing or section walls.

New to the Bouwplast range is the panel BP 500/35-plus. This new panel has a closed bottom and therefore offers optimum hygiene because it excludes dirt. The BP 500/35-plus panel is, therefore, ideal as the bottom plank for making divisions between pens for fattening pigs and piglets. This also means that it is no longer necessary to fix the panel in the concrete of the floor. Naturally, the top of the panel has the unique Bouwplast-plus click connection with watertight rubber seal. The height of 500 mm also makes this new panel suitable for use in nursery pens.

The Bouwplast system has now been on the market for many years and has more than proved itself in this time - in the Netherlands but also far beyond. The many projects which have been achieved in the last years show that the quality of the raw materials used is very important. So, maximum certainty for now and in the future.

Bouwplast panels have been tested by TNO Bouw (Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research, Built Environment) in Delft for fire propagation and smoke production and this has shown that they fall under fire class 2. A copy of this report is available on request.
